  • 🌸 RESCHEDULE POLICY - If reschedule is done less than 24 hours in advance a 50% maybe applied to the card on file.

    🌸 LATE POLICY - 10 minute grace period is allowed for scheduled appointments. If it exceeds you may need to be rescheduled and a 50% fee will be applied to the card on file.

    🌸 NO SHOW POLICY - 1st time you will be granted a grace period of a 50% charge. For the second no show a 100% fee will be applied to the card on file for all services booked.
